An online video of a dead dolphin near Pattaya set keyboard warriors into another tirade.
The video showed the dolphin floating between Pattaya and Koh Larn.
The animal clearly had gotten tangled in a fishing net, with the rope caught in its mouth. The net was cut free by the unknown fishing boat.
Netizens said the fishing crew should have helped the dolphin, although it likely was dead by the time the crew discovered it.
Online users also claimed, without proof, that marine officials did nothing to help or autopsy the dolphin.
