One person died when his pickup truck flipped while traveling at high speed in Nong Plalai.
The driver, an unidentified Thai man in his 30s, died at the scene of the March 1 wreck on Highway 7 in Nongpladok when his Udon Thani-registered Ford Ranger flipped upside down.
Witnesses said the truck was speeding and the driver lost control when he hit some dirt on the roadway. Others speculated he fell asleep behind the wheel.
