An Indian man was arrested after live-streaming his drunken tirade at a Walking Street boxing ring.
The unidentified tourist was shouting incomprehensibly around 2 a.m. Aug. 4 at the Marine Plaza ring.
Tourist police tried to calm him down, but the foreigner refused to put down his mobile phone on which he was streaming the incident. He then was handcuffed and taken to Pattaya Police Station to sober up.
