Sattahip paramedics saved the life of a drunk man who nearly drowned during a swim at a Ban Amphur Beach 25 kms south of Pattaya.
Sawang Rojana Thammasathan rescuers provided CPR to revive Dechawat Kaewjumpa, 23, at Somprasong Beach July 19. The Khon Kaen native had been fished out of the ocean by friend Thanawat Krasathep, 37.

Thanawat told police four friends had gotten together to drink at the beach and, after several glasses, Dechawat went for a swim and had cramps, nearly drowning.
