East Pattaya residents want city hall to find the culprits behind a growing pile of garbage near Khao Saotongthong Temple.
Residents near the ad-hoc dumpsite Soi Khao Talo and Tungklom-Tanman Road say the mixture of wet rubbish, plastic bags, leaves and wooden scrap is growing and no one knows who’s dumping the rubbish there.
Those living nearby want authorities to find the illegal dumpers and remove the smelly trash that has accumulated.
