‘Eat to the Balinese Beat’ at Hard Rock Hotel Sept. 13-14

The Hard Rock Hotel is bringing the best of Bali and Pattaya together, flying in three chefs from Indonesia for this weekend’s “Eat to the Balinese Beat” special.

Executive Chef Low Keng Meng, Sous Chef Alit Yulianto Dewa and Chef de Partie Ida Bagus Suindra from the Hard Rock Hotel Bali are serving up a full menu of dishes spiced with turmeric, candlenut, ginger, coconut leaves and Sambalmata chili at the Pattaya hotel’s Star Diner Sept. 13-14.

The menu includes such popular items as Rujak Buah, Sup Cermcam, Bebek Goreng, Ikan Baker Jimbarm, Satay Lilit, and Babi Guling.

The special menu is available each night from 7:30-10 p.m. On Friday, prices run 750 baht with no drinks included and 980 baht with soft drinks, beer wine or whiskey. On Saturday those prices jump to 850 baht and 1,080 baht respectively.

During the Balinese festival, customers can enter a drawing for a four-day, three-night stay including breakfast at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali. The winner will be selected Saturday.
