There are 325 retailers in Central Festival Beach Pattaya along with kiosk sellers. The building has 12 fire-escape routes, 25 firefighters, and 20 security guards.
The plans practiced are aimed at helping more than 1,000 employees and customers escape the building in case of a fire.
