A former drug convict was arrested again for dealing narcotics in Rayong.
Samphan Saeikhaew, 31, was caught Dec. 23 with 73 methamphetamine pills in his room behind Huey Pong School in Rayong. The drugs were hidden under the floor.
His arrest came after interrogation of Vithaya Phinyong, 24, who was captured with 10 ya ba tablets and pointed the finger at his alleged supplier.
Police did not storm Samphan’s room, instead tricking him into believing there was a fire. When he exited the apartment, police grabbed him. Police said he confessed to buying the ya ba from an inmate in Rayong prison.
