A faulty parking brake is being blamed for a tour bus that smashed into the front of a Pattaya massage parlor.
No one was injured when the Saengwong coach rolled through the front of Zen Massage on Soi Land Office Jan. 15, although the bus protruding from the store blocked traffic and demolished much of the massage shop.
Driver Khamsaen Srichum, 38, said he had parked the bus and went in a nearby store to use the restroom. He claims he set the parking brake, but it failed.
Police charged Khamsaen with reckless driving.
