PATTAYA, Thailand – Tuesday afternoon (Nov 5), heavy rains in Pattaya led to flooding in multiple areas, prompting temporary road closures to ensure safety. At around 4:00 PM, traffic was halted from Wat Tham intersection towards Khao Talo due to high water levels, which made the road impassable for vehicles. Likewise, a section of Pattaya Third Road near the ‘Mum Aroi’ restaurant was closed at approximately 4:20 PM because of flooding, while Sukhumvit Road remains clear and open for traffic.
