An elderly foreigner cycling in extreme heat died after tumbling from his bike at Mabprachan Lake.
Richard Walter Moll, 67, was found wearing cycling gear and no shoes April 24, although a pair of flip-flops was found near his bike.
There appeared to be no sign of foul play, so authorities assumed Moll collapsed in the 38-degree heat and humidity and died.
