Proving you’re never too old to learn new things, Nongprue is planning free educational classes for sub-district senior citizens.
Mayor Mai Chaiyanit chaired the meeting at Pah Ban Lang Park on March 23 on the two-year course that begins June 2.
The six subjects to be taught include Primary Health Care, Thai Religion and Culture, Volunteerism, Mental Health Care, Sufficient Economy and Home Economics.

Seniors born before March 31, 1956 can register at the Public Health and Environment Division through April 30.
The class will be held at Pah Ban Lang Park in Soi Mab Yailia 45 and run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Thursday. Diplomas will be given after graduation.
