Pattaya police Sunday arrested a Frenchman for possession of crystal methamphetamines after stopping his motorbike for erratic driving.
Sebastian Guillaume, 34, was taken into custody at a checkpoint on Pratamnak Road in Jomtien Beach around 12:30 a.m. Officers said they recovered a half-gram of ya ice from the Frenchman’s pocket.
Police reported that Guillaume confessed to buying the drugs in South Pattaya to consume at his apartment.
