A Khao Maikaew man suffered a serious hand injury after getting it caught in a grass-grinding machine.
Paramedics were called to the Soi Jaow Poh Shrine home of Veera Marim, 55, in Phusrai May 16 where they found the victim with his fingers caught in the machine. Rescuers used steel-cutting tools to sever the blades, but the hand was mangled.
Veera said he grinds grass for his cows every day, but he slipped this time and got his hand caught in the machine.
