It only took 30 minutes of rain to flood parts of Pattaya Tuesday. Soi Chaiyaphonvitee 21 at Soi Pipo Pony Club had a half-meter of runoff flood the street while water washed off of Highway 7 fell into people’s yards.
Local residents said both areas flood every time with very little rainfall.
