The Human Help Network Thailand wished one of its biggest benefactors a happy birthday.
HHN Director Radchada Chomjinda and children from the Drop-In Center brought gifts and flowers for Otmar Deter, founder of the Rotary E-Club of Dolphin Pattaya.
Deter, one of the charity’s biggest boosters, reciprocated with snacks for the kids and Buddhist amulets.
