A homeless man died of heat stroke after passing out drunk on a Saen Suk beach.
Pongphan Saingsuk, 47, was found about five hours after he perished on Worn-napa Beach April 24. He had severe sunburn.
Beach vendor Oraphan Homhuan, 33, said the Nong Kai native was homeless and spent his days drinking rice whiskey. On this day, he passed out in the sun and died.
