Hundreds of sailors and Sattahip volunteers cleaned up Prince Chumphon Park.
Vice Adm. Chumsak Nakjit, commander of the Sattahip Naval Base, presided over the April 25 “do good for heart” event with military and police, village chiefs, civil servants and local residents.
The group collected garbage, improved landscaping and poured effective micro-organism liquid into the lake to improve water quality.
The cleanup was organized in response to a call from HM the King to make people happy and to develop the country to be prosperous.
