The head of the Chonburi Immigration Office pardoned two cows on death row to make merit on behalf of his employees.

Pol. Col. Songpod Sirisuka and top deputies chose two cows to be spared from the slaughterhouse Nov. 6 as part of a “Morals Lead Life” projection by Chonburi Immigration.

The livestock will be donated to needy local families. Songpod said it is a way to show officers how to be kind to people in trouble.
