The Thai National AIDS Foundation met with international counterparts in Pattaya to discuss efficient budgeting and fund allocation in campaigns to fight the disease.

Attending the Dec. 13 meeting at the A-One Royal Cruise Hotel were representatives from the Australian Federation of AIDS Organizations, United Nations, United States Agency for International Development, and NGOs from Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand.

This meeting was an international forum regarding efficient budgeting and budget allocation for operations of anti-AIDS campaigns.

Pattaya has a policy to efficiently allocate budgets by using reference data and emphasizing people’s benefits as its main mission so spending is transparent.
