The navy released 83 foreign-exchange students and staffers quarantined since their return from Italy.
Among those packed onto buses and shipped off from the Sattahip Naval Base to the interprovincial bus terminal were six students that had been hospitalized for suspected Covid-19 infections.
However, after examination at Queen Sirikit Naval Medical Center, none tested posted for the coronavirus.
The returnees did their full 14 days at the Navy Hotel after the military was criticized by keyboard warriors when earlier returnees from South Korea were released from navy quarantine after just five days and sent home to their villages.
