Kanlaya Pung Dharma Park offered free clothes dyeing and job opportunities for youths in honor of HM the late King.
Park assistant Sunee Nimheng presided over the Oct. 25 event at the Thepprasit Road park.
Colored clothes were dyed black for mourners who could not afford new clothing and the park also accepted donations of clothes to distribute to impoverished mourners.
In addition, youths were invited to earn income by selling vegetables such as pumpkins, limes and basil. The money can be used to pay for education in accordance with HM the late King’s sufficiency economy philosophy.
