Sattahip animal-control officers came to the aid of a kitten who had been chased up a tree by the family dog and got stuck there for three days.

The 5-month-old kitten was clinging to one of the top branches, beyond the reach of climbing rescuers. They finally used a basket tied to a long stick to knock the kitty off its perch, on to some lower branches the officers could reach.
Krayim said he dog Makkam, who had never liked the feline interloper, chased the pet up the tree several days ago.
