Renovation of the Tawaen Pier bridge on Koh Larn will be completed this year, Pattaya Mayor Poramet Ngampichet said.
In use for 25 years, the pier had deteriorated badly, particularly the bridge.
Pattaya earlier launched work to repair or replace the bridge’s superstructure, deck, roof and guard rails. The project will be completed this year, Poramet said.
