Bali Hai opened for the International Fleet Review with a new look complete with water fountain and fresh landscaping.
As promised, the facelift of the South Pattaya jetty was completed in time for the Nov. 13-22 show. The highlight of the new look is a water fountain that lights up at night, which drew tourists to the pier for photos.
The million-baht fountain operates twice a day, from 7:30-9:30 a.m. and 4-10 p.m.
The Pattaya Engineering Department oversaw the Bali Hai renovation over the last two months, ensuring the contractor finished on time.
