More rain, more floods in Pattaya, but at least the traffic kept moving.
A mid-day storm April 6 dumped water on Pattaya for an hour, but it was enough to cause flooding on Soi Khao Noi to the railway-parallel road.
Traffic was slowed by water up to 30 centimeters deep, but kept moving.
The Thai Meteorological Department is predicting April will be a wet one.
