Sailors were involved directly to give advice to employees of the companies. Employees of the private firms were briefed about communication while the navy members demonstrated how to handle various unexpected situations. The idea was to teach the employees how to work together in urgent situations and to cooperate with the navy as well.

The training included seven vessels and one aircraft for real-life training methods, demonstrated by the navy, special aircraft forces, bomb detectors and marine officials.
