Capt. Niwat Hachroen said the arrest of the accused gang members came after the bust of Kritsana, a sailor, who ended up ratting out his alleged suppliers.

Officials said Tsongwuth confessed to being the ringleader after police found the stash of pills buried under a banana tree in his yard. He said he got the drugs from a source in Cambodia.
