Navy’s Somalia mission commander returns

The head of the Royal Thai Navy’s anti-piracy task force in the Gulf of Aden made an early return to Thailand as his squad’s vessels continued to steam back from their complete mission off Somalia.

The 368 crew members of the HTMS Similan and HTMS Naratiwat were scheduled to return to Sattahip Naval Base Nov. 29 after their 140-day mission with the international anti-piracy flotilla.
