The National Communications and Telecommunications Commission listened to complaints from Chonburi residents while educating them on their rights regarding telephone, Internet and television services.
NBTC consumer-protection director Chaiyut Monksri presided over the Sept. 19 forum at Chonburi City Hall. He noted that the province, with its large commercial, industrial and tourist base, is a major consumer of telecommunications services, yet customers may not always understand their rights under the law.
