The body of a newborn infant was found buried in Sattahip.
A stray dog uncovered the decomposing corpse of the infant, which had been buried about 20 centimeters deep in a field next to government buildings in Moo 2 village. Doctors said the child had been dead about three days.
The baby’s remains were sent for an autopsy at Sattahip Km. 10 Hospital.
Police speculated the child’s mother delivered at home and the baby died, causing her to panic. They will investigate to identify the mother.
