Vice Minister to the PM’s Office Minister ML Panadda Diskul opened the Office of the Public Sector Development Commission’s second public service executive development program in Chonburi.
The May 4 course at the Heritage Hotel in Muang District aimed to train the next generation of civil-service leaders. All the applicants must pass a recruitment course and then be appointed as government officers under the commission.
Panadda spoke to the recruits on the “inspiration to serve the government as a smart and good government officer”.
Working in such jobs, he said, requires people to be visionary thinkers, developers and planners, maintain balance and take the initiative.
