Students welcome judges from the To Be No. 1 foundation upon their arrival in Chonburi to inspect local projects gearing for the annual competitions.

Judges from the To Be No. 1 foundation inspected Chonburi’s local projects as the group prepares for its annual competitions.

Gov. Pakarathorn Thienchai welcomed Labor Ministry chief inspector Wichai Kongrattanachart, Community Development Office inspector Sinchai Tanomsin, Paiboon Tasaku and Pramote Kengpol to the provincial hall June 27.

The group came to Chonburi to observe operations of Chonburi’s To Be No. 1 efforts, inspect the foundation’s eastern regional coordination center and visit the To Be No. 1 Market at the province’s Provincial Public Health Department.

Pakarathorn said Chonburi is grateful to HRH Princess Ubolratana Rajakanya for founding the To Be No. 1 group, which campaigns for drug prevention and problem solving.

He said the province has numerous projects, such as dancercise competitions, school-based counseling centers and youth clubs.
