A Norwegian man was arrested for paying for his shopping spree with rubber checks.
Charlie Nierguard, 41, was apprehended on Thappraya Road Nov. 21 after an unnamed merchant claimed checks he wrote to cover his purchases bounced.
Nierguard denied the charges and is out on bail.
