The master plan and strategies for development aim to create security for people and assets inside and outside of residents’ homes. The plan also calls for increased community involvement through networking as the foundation for development of finances, quality of life and conservation of natural resources and the environment, leading to self-development and a reduction in poverty.

Educators were asked to submit budgets for construction, landscaping, and educational tools. At the meeting, medical supplies were also allocated to the city’s 11 public schools.
