Pattaya made identification cards for elderly, disabled and bedridden residents unable to go the city hall.
Banglamung District Chief Amnart Charoensri and Pattaya Deputy Mayor Ronakit Ekasingh led a group of administrators to the Kratinglai Community June 6 for the outreach project.
Registrars completed applications for 12 residents who lost or damaged their cards, had them expire or had old cards with no electronic chips. (PCPR)
