More than 20 Christian churches in Chonburi and the Cartoon Network Amazone water park will host the East’s first Easter Festival March 25-27 at Central Festival Pattaya Beach.
Pattaya Deputy Mayor Ronakit Ekasingh, Father Ray Foundation President Rev. Peter Pattarapong Sriworakul and Montree Wonghirandecha from the amusement park said at a March 14 press conference the festival would feature more than 50 booths, an egg-decorating contest and chances to win prizes worth more than 20,000 baht.

Booths that post photos to Facebook with a Central Festival hashtag that get the most “likes” also will win a prize.
The festival will include concerts from the various churches, workshops and other activities. All visitors will receive a chocolate Easter egg while supplies last.
