About 250 staff gained job-performance knowledge and saw examples of good city landscaping at a three-day seminar by the Pattaya Environment Office.
Department Director Suthee Thupnoghee opened the June 19-21 workshop, which featured Chonburi social insurance officer Somsak Yotmuangphrai as lead speaker. He offered a lesson on how to utilize the public-health insurance system.

Other lectures offered training for staff on how to perform their jobs more efficiently while providing better customer service.
The workshop wrapped with a field trip to Nakhorn Pathom and Kanchanaburi where Environment Office workers could talk with colleagues to exchange knowledge, skills and build good attitudes in their work and toward partners. (Pattaya City PR)
