Ban Nong Samor Health Promotion Hospital provided walk-in Covid-19 vaccinations for people not yet immunized against the coronavirus.
Hospital staff and village health volunteers screened Pattaya-area residents who trickled into the center Dec. 19 to get their first shots of the vaccine made by AstraZeneca Plc.
The vaccines were supplied by Banglamung Hospital, which arranged for 130 doses to be available for the neighborhood health clinic.
Most people said they came upon the advice of health volunteers, who pointed them toward Ban Nong Samor. They will get their second jabs next year.
