Pattaya police arrested a suspected low-level drug dealer with 28 grams of crystal methamphetamine and a few dozen speed pills.
Adul Mandee, 44, was captured with the “ya ice” and 80 ya ba pills Feb. 11 in a sting operation.
He will be interrogated in hopes of finding bigger fish up the line
