Pattaya officials set up boxes to take donations to help victims of Nepal’s devastating earthquake around the city.
Banglamung District Chief Chakorn Kanchawattana announced the relief effort April 28 with area business leaders and Pol. Col. Somnuk Changate, president of the Buddha Amulet Association of Pattaya.
Donation boxes were placed around Pattaya at Chaimongkol Temple, Walking Street, Bali Hai Pier, Surf Kitchen in Jomtien Beach, the Sawang Boriboon Foundation, and Central Festival Pattaya Beach.

For donors who are not able to travel to the designated locations, an account can be donated to at Krung Thai Bank (Naklua Market Branch) using account number 592-0-21852-5.
