Naklua storm victims received free food and help with repairs after rain and floods damaged their homes.
Pattaya Deputy Mayor Banlue Kullavanijaya and social workers surveyed the damage from Sunday’s storm on June 21.
The group gave bags full of rice and dried food to homeowners in the area behind the Chinese cemetery and Soi Banlue.
Banlue also assigned the Engineering Department to inspect the damage and initiate repairs.
Pattaya was hit with heavy rain and strong wind that toppled trees, including one area home that had a rubber tree crash through a wall.
