The two organizations are planning five events through March to teach educators and social workers about child-protection laws and the Convention of Rights of the Child. The convention is a “contract between nations” that children from all countries are entitled to certain rights from birth and that member countries must act to protect those rights.
The training consisted of educating to build a foundation in collecting information for each school leading to writing a policy on children protection that can be implemented.
