The Provincial Electricity Authority mopped up spaghetti-like utility lines that spilled onto the sidewalk at Jomtien Beach’s Soi Hanuman intersection.
Following numerous complaints, a PEA crew was dispatched June 19 to tidy up the telephone, cable-television and lines that had sagged as low as the footpath, causing problems for pedestrians.
