Pattaya, Thailand – Yodchai Peungporn, the newly elected Member of Parliament from the Move Forward Party led a delegation of government officials and private sector representatives on a visit to Walking Street Pattaya South to strengthen the tourism sector and showcase Pattaya as an exceptional tourist destination.
Accompanied by officials from Pattaya and Banglamung District Office, including Pol. Col. Tanapong Poti, the superintendent of Pattaya Police Station, as well as tourist police officers embarked on an extensive on-site inspection to engage with business owners, gather insights into the current state of tourism, and identify opportunities for improvement. The team interacted with various establishments along the renowned Walking Street, engaging in meaningful conversations with proprietors to solicit their valuable input on the state of tourism in the area.
During the visit, both government officials and private sector representatives expressed their sincere gratitude for the contributions of businesses in shaping Pattaya’s reputation as a welcoming and tourist-friendly destination. They also appealed to business owners for their cooperation in providing exceptional hospitality experiences and extending warm welcomes to tourists.
The team also visited the new Excite Arcade on Pattaya Third Road, where the delegation extended their heartfelt congratulations to the business owners and wished them success.
