Pattaya workers laid pipes and installed pumps to mitigate flooding on Sukhumvit Road.
Deputy Mayor Pattana Boonsawad oversaw the project at the South Pattaya end of the busy thoroughfare July 3.
The site floods every time there is a storm and it’s hoped the additional pumps will make a difference.
