Supaporn Thienchai, chairwoman of the Chonburi Red Cross and Banglamung District Chief Amnart Charoensri made their tour of Banglamung, Takhiantia and Nong Plalai subdistricts June 28.

Calling on Sachon Plukkaew, 48, the officials learned how he has suffered a stroke and has trouble taking care of himself. The Banglamung Red Cross gave him and his wife 2,000 baht and consumer products and dried food.

Supaporn said she’d pass his case on to Nong Plalai Subdistrict to provide extra support and appropriate vocational training.
