After the success of ‘The Riviera Wongamat’, The Riviera Group have announced that Piling is now completed at their highly anticipated ‘The Riviera Jomtien’ project and so have quickly moved to start main construction of the 46 story Landmark high-rise.
Winston Gale, Owner of The Riviera Group said, “We have decided to appoint ‘JWS Construction’ for a second time after managing to agree suitable terms for both parties last month”. JWS are a Bangkok-Based construction company having built high-profile projects already.
‘The Riviera Jomtien’ is scheduled to finish in the last quarter of 2018. Sales currently are recorded at 75% of the 1,075 unit development which was launched February 2015.
