The Rivera Jomtien condominium partnered with Krungsri Bank of Ayudhya for a loan fair featuring special offers and financial education.
Riviera Group Marketing Manager Uboljit Thumchob and Thanthanaporn Srisura, manager of Krungsri’s Central Festival Pattaya Beach branch, hosted the Nov. 30 event at the condo project on Jomtien Second Road.
The fair was targeted at potential Riviera customers, offering them special discounts and information on how to complete loan applications.
The promotion for the Riviera Jomtien offered free ownership transfers and waiving of fees if paid by credit card at only 2.7 percent interest.
The fair, which ran through Dec. 1, drew a good crowd of interested condo buyers.
