Roads surrounding Bali Hai – Walking Street, the Bali Hai flyover and the section of Pratamnak Road leading to the flyover – will be closed from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. Dec. 30-31.
Expect heavy traffic on all other roads thru Jan 3 and perhaps later. Drive safely, the life you save may be your own.
